General meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month, after midday. The meeting is generally followed by a short talk by one of our volunteers or members, and on occasions we have a guest speaker from outside the Society. Members of the public are welcome to "sit in".
Sandgate Historical Society & Museum also provides services to schools and community groups, with visits by prior arrangement.
We have a number of packages that would suit your needs, whether it concern the settlement and development of the Sandgate region, particular aspects of life in "the old days" or the history of the Indigenous people of Sandgate.
We also offer a commercial service for people who wish to purchase historical information and photographs we may have to suit your needs, and can offer more detailed research services at reasonable rates.
